Terms of Service.

Bookings

A date is reserved once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Until then, we are unable to hold a date. Deposits are applied to your final balance.

Coverage

Coverage hours, locations and inclusions are outlined in your agreement. We work alongside your planner, photographer and film team to capture the day as it unfolds.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, as your date is held exclusively for you and turned away from other couples. Cancellations made more than ninety days before the wedding release you from any remaining balance; within ninety days, the balance for booked coverage remains due.

Dates may be moved once, at no additional fee, to any available date within twelve months of the original wedding day. Your deposit and payments transfer with you. If we are already booked on your new date, we will help you find a trusted studio from our network. Should illness, travel disruption, or another circumstance beyond our control prevent us from attending, we will arrange a comparable replacement team where possible, or refund all payments made for coverage we are unable to provide.

Delivery

Edited content is delivered digitally within the timeframe noted in your package. Delivered files are yours to share personally; commercial use by third parties requires our written permission.

Portfolio use

We may share selected imagery in our portfolio or on social media. If you prefer your gallery stay private, let us know and we will honour that.
